Getting Started

Start here to learn how to register, log in, and use the platform effectively.

To create your account and access the training portal:

1. Go to the Registration Page

Visit the registration page from your browser. You will see the account registration form.

2. Fill Out the Required Fields

You need to complete the following:

  • First Name – your legal first name
  • Last Name – your legal last name
  • Agency – start typing your agency name and select it from the dropdown list (autocomplete enabled)
  • Centre – select your site’s centre from the dropdown menu
  • Email Address – use your work or personal email
  • Password – choose a strong password (minimum 8 characters, with letters and numbers)
3. Google Login Option

If you prefer, you can click the “Sign Up with Google” button to register instantly using your Google account.

This will automatically fill in your name and email — you’ll still be asked to choose your Agency and Centre.

4. Submit Your Form

Once everything is filled out, click the Register button.

If your registration is successful, you will be logged in and redirected to your dashboard.

Note: If you encounter an error, check that you’ve selected both the Agency and Centre fields.

You can log in to your account at any time from the login page.

1. Go to the Login Page

Visit login page in your browser. You will see the login form.

2. Enter Your Details
  • Email Address – the same email you used to register
  • Password – your chosen password
  • Agency – select your agency from the dropdown list (autocomplete is supported)

Then click the Login button.

3. Google Login Option

If you registered with Google or want to log in faster, click the “Login with Google” button.

This will log you in without needing to fill in the email, password, or agency fields manually.

4. Trouble Logging In?

If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password?” and follow the instructions to reset your account.

You will need access to the email you registered with.

Note: If your login fails, double-check that you selected the correct agency and that your email/password are correct.

After logging in, you’ll be taken to your personalized Agency Employee / Contractor Dashboard.

Welcome Message

You’ll see a welcome banner with your name and an introduction to the portal. This dashboard is your central hub for onboarding, safety, and compliance activities with Cater Care.

Here’s What You Should Do First:
  1. Complete Your Training Modules
    These are essential video-based safety modules provided by Cater Care.
    • You’ll see a list of all required modules
    • Each module opens in a SCORM player – watch until completion
    • Completed modules are marked with a ✅
    • Click the “Go to Training Modules” button to begin
  2. Review and Sign Off on SWI Documents
    SWIs (Safe Work Instructions) are safety procedures assigned to you based on your centre.
    • You must review and electronically sign each assigned SWI
    • A progress bar will show your completion status
    • Click the “View SWI Documents” button to get started
  3. Submit a VOC Assessment (If Required)
    VOC stands for “Verification of Competency.” Your supervisor may request you to complete one.
    • If required, click “Submit VOC Assessment” from the dashboard
    • Follow the steps and attach your digital signature
  4. View Your Full Compliance Report
    This shows your overall training and SWI completion history.
    • You can download your compliance summary as a PDF or CSV
    • Access this by clicking the “View Compliance Report” button
